2 blogs, one me

So I have 2 blogs currently. This one is mine, and all about me and my life, the other one is about Cadence 4 A Cure. So if you are looking for that one, please click this.

If you want to read about me, keep reading.

This Saturday, I will be racing the Alberta Provincial Time Trial Championships. I intend to win, so watch out Alberta, here I come! But I can't go too hard because C4AC starts the day after... win a bike race or help cure cancer. Clearly there is not much of a choice there.

Peace Like a River!

1 Week

One week until Cadence 4 A Cure begins. I keep doubting my legs, I don't know if they will make it. I guess my legs are going to have to suck it up, even if I do end up cycling at 15km/hr across BC. I will make it, eventually.

Today was house cleaning day, as in this house needs to look the same or better than before my parents left for Alaska. We only have 10 hours left to accomplish this.

Blog numba 1

Okay, so I don't really get this blogging thing. I doubt anybody will read this, but hey, if you do, enjoy!

It has been raining for a week, and it is August. Goodbye summer? My road bike is also ghost shifting like crazy, I don't like it when it does that. So I have been mtb like crazy, in the mud. Which is fun, until you have to come home. I don't like cleaning my bike and picking mud out of my shoes. Also, 'they' decided to put asphalt-gravel type stuff down on what used to be some epic forest trails that were great for biking. Now my wheels just get stuck and I fall over and then have to pick asphalt off of everything for the next hour. I don't like this either.

The weather is starting to make me nervous, I have to bike across BC in a week, and it is raining all the time. This is going to be not so fun if the weather does not change! Riding in the rain all day and then tenting it in the rain all day, whoo hoooo! Maybe people will donate more money if the see me riding in the rain.

If you are reading this, then I hope you will consider donating a little money towards Cancer aka my ride across BC "Cadence 4 A Cure." http://tiny.cc/c4acure
